Daniel Sanzone is one of Perth’s most successful, respected and influential commercial property professionals having successfully negotiated over 500 commercial property transactions during his 15 year career. During his career Daniel has personally been on every side of a commercial property negotiation, as an owner, a tenant, a buyer and as a seller. With that sort of experience he has a full understanding of the objectives each party is trying to achieve and is able to get the best possible outcome for his clients.

Some highlights of his career so far include:

  • Awarded the 2015 Commercial Sales Agent of the year at the WA Awards for Excellence by the states governing body the Real Estate Institute of Western Australia.
  • Awarded the 2016 Commercial Sales Agent of the year at the National Awards for Excellence by Australia’s governing body the Real Estate Institute of Australia.
  • Being promoted to Director at CBRE in 2015.
  • Winning the CBRE WA Professional of the Year in 2014.
  • Being elected into the CBRE’s Pacific Region Circle of Excellence in 2012
    and 2015.
  • Winning the Award of Excellence in 2002 at Burgess Rawson.

Daniel is an active member in the local community having been involved in local sporting clubs Stirling Saints, Coolbinia/West Perth and Stirling Panthers as a player and is a volunteer junior coach at Balcatta Soccer Club.

He has regularly assisted organising social events at community organisations and several fundraising groups.
